Recognize use of the organization-wide operating budget and program operating budgets., • The importance of a cash flow budget,, • The pitfalls of strategy planning,, • Identifying the responsibilities of management and board of directors, and, • Taking advantage of data to maximize funding source options
      Class Notes: Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. The job skills & digital creativity classes are made possible by support from The Seattle Public Library Foundation, and in partnership with South Seattle College.
