      Description: Have you ever been told your art is so good you should be selling it? Have you ever wanted to make some money from your art so you can make more? Explore 20 practical steps for doing both, part- or full-time. Learn about how to go beyond simply making and selling originals - making merchandise, entering auctions and contests, promotion, embracing the internet and renting your art to 3rd parties. We will look at how to photograph your originals to turn them into digital form to take advantage of all the amazing opportunities for selling in our digital age.  For all visual artists, 2d and 3d, working in all mediums, watercolor to ceramics, photography to jewelry. Bring your questions!
      Class Notes: Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. The job skills & digital creativity classes are made possible by support from The Seattle Public Library Foundation, and in partnership with South Seattle College.
