      After seeing Sydney speak (see dates below), join us Saturday morning for a group hike + brunch!AVAILABLE TALKS: Tuesday 7/23 @ Tacoma REIWednesday 7/24 @ Olympia REIThursday 7/25 @ Seattle REI PARTNER HIKEThis hike is a partner event with The Outdoor Journal Tour, creators of the #WeHikeToHeal movement. Join us for a gorgeous hike through Tiger Mountain State Forest and learn more about how mindful movement can help enhance your experience on and off the trail! Be sure to tag your photos with #hikingmyfeelings and #wehiketoheal! Please bring a journal, as Mindy Lockhart, ODJT Ambassador, will be leading us through some journaling exercises!
