Come to class with loose clothing, a yoga mat, a thin blanket or towel, and a bottle of water… oh, and not eating for a few hours beforehand is strongly advised! How is The Class Laid Out? After coming in and mingling for 5 minutes we will begin the class. Josh (the Kundalini teacher) will show you exercises which are designed to warm up the body and create more openness in the area of the body associated with grattitude. Then Max (the breathwork teacher) will guide you in a 15 minute breathing exercise which will help you drop emotional baggage, release general stress and anxiety, and be really in the present moment for … Amber (The guided meditation teacher) will use guided imagery and storytelling to guide you into a meditation that will help you tap into your own innate wisdom and approach life with a balanced and healthy approach to the world by addressing the mental side of grattitude.  As you mingle, grab refreshments, and head home, Josh will be playing some of his incredible LIVE MUSIC!
