      Description: Attend free drop-in writing circles facilitated by established local writers from Hugo House! Bring something you’re working on, or just come ready to write. You will have the opportunity to share your work and get feedback – but only if you want to (no pressure!). You can also use this time to increase productivity on your current work in progress, surrounded by fellow writers. Open to all ages and genres of writing. Brett Hamil will be facilitating the Columbia Branch writing circles., Brett Hamil is a columnist and cartoonist for City Arts Magazine and editor of EncoreArtsSeattle.com. He’s a nationally touring standup comic and filmmaker whose sketches and political commentary videos have received hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. He hosts a local political comedy talk show, The Seattle Process with Brett Hamil, at Northwest Film Forum. He lives on Beacon Hill with his wife and two weird-looking dogs.
      Class Notes: Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is required. Bring a laptop or pen and paper -- and be ready to write!
