Make-A-Wish Washington is hosting its 5th annual Walk For Wishes on September 15, 2013 from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Marymoor Park in Redmond. This 5K walk and fun run is a family-friendly event that will generate funds to help grant the wishes of local children with life-threatening medical conditions. Food, beverages and family entertainment provided! Registration is free but a minimum $100 fundraising goal is encouraged for each participant to support future wish granting. To qualify for a 2013 Walk For Wishes T-shirt, the minimum fundraising amount of $100 must be met by August 23, 2013. The top individual and team fundraisers will be awarded prizes and trophies.
