      Get a first-hand experience of meditation & unique breathing techniques in this free workshop. Learn to effortlessly connect with the most powerful and inexhaustible source of energy and wellness that resides within you. Through the breath, you can eliminate toxins to improve overall wellness, reduce stress, transform your emotions and calm your mind. The session will include a breathing technique, guided meditation, and an introduction to The Art of Living's acclaimed Happiness Program. What would help deepen the experience? 1. Dinner/Food - It’s okay to eat light meal as long you feel light by 6 p.m, listen to your body and whatever it needs. The key is not too feel very heavy when you meditate. 2. Have a few glasses of water rest of the day. 3. Bring your smile. We will smile and meditate together.
