Dinner/Food - It’s okay to eat light meal as long you feel light by 6 p.m, listen to your body and whatever it needs. The key is not too feel very heavy when you meditate. 2. Have a few glasses of water rest of the day. 3. Bring your smile. We will smile and meditate together.
