Pre- and Post-Program Biometric Health Screenings

In addition to the six session dates listed above, Swedish/Edmonds will conduct pre- and post-program health screenings, including a blood draw. This allows you as the participant to get biometric data on key health indicators before the program begins and again at the end of the program. It's a great way to see what progress was made during the course of the six weeks. The biometrics tested include: Body Mass Index, blood pressure, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose. Lab results from the first round of tests will be distributed at our kickoff session on April 17. The dates, times and location for biometric health screenings is still being determined and will be posted to this website when finalized. If you register for the event prior to the finalization of these details, we will notify you with the update via email.
